When hiring for new Consultants, the most important qualities we look for in people are a determined mindset, a resilient attitude and a positive outlook on life. You may be an experienced recruiter looking to build upon an existing network, or alternatively have an interest in targeting a new market in financial services. Alternatively, you may be someone who has Sales or Client Service experience with a desire to use those skills in a much more dynamic environment.

All staff are given the opportunity to meet the criteria for the bi-annual incentive trip. Criteria differs dependent on experience to give both new and experienced members of staff an equal chance, and it is open to both billers and non-billers. Recent trips include Barcelona, Croatia and Miami.
