A major Tier 1 Investment Bank are building a new Quality Assurance team in their Tax Ops function.

They are looking for a VP to provide leadership and manage a team of three in Scotland. A key part of this role will be defining and implementing strategic projects which will have far-reaching implications across the bank. Due to this, experience in managing senior stakeholders is of vital importance.

My client is particularly interested in speaking with candidates who are used to working with new technologies and will be able to add value around automation. 

The manager is also open to conversations with candidates that come from an Internal Audit background and are able to quickly identify risk areas.
